I've had my eye on this book for about 5 years but for some reason never picked it up. I'm listening to the audiobook so I can't break it down by chapters like you guys, but I have a third left and just got to Chapter 23.

As far as the virus making everyone more attractive goes, at first I rolled my eyes in that "typical YA trope" way. But then it seemed to me like it's just another thing that Wren feels sets her apart from the other reboots and the humans. Everyone else is super hot and having casual sex in the showers, and here she is afraid to take her shirt off in front of everyone because her longer death left her with hideous scarring. I thought it was endearing that Callum protested against her being forced to undress and refused to look. (hide spoiler)]
