A book with no ISBN

G'day all, just got a fancy Kickstarter-backed artbook in the mail, wondering how I go about adding a book with no ISBN into the database, or is that not a done thing?

Ditto for this. And on the backside, if it's a soon to be released can the entry be updated to add the isbn and a cover later. The manual is not 100% clear.

A published book with no ISBN may be added to the database like any other published book.

Placeholders for to-be-published books are generally also ok.
