The protagonist is a tracker in law enforcement. She is divorced from a rich man whose family is in the oil business. The book is set in a western state. The man's family doesn't like her. His sister was particularly nasty to her yet when the man is kidnapped and held for ransom, it is this same sister who begs her to find him. She does and rescues him, learning that a rival oil family is behind the kidnapping. Lots of action. He has no survival skills. She is an expert. Please help me with name of book or writer.
