I have been trying to remember the name of this book and it driving me insane. I never got to read it but I wanted to so please help if you can

so from what I can remember from the back of the book there is a guy who finds three children in his property he starts to look after them and then the brother come to take them back
the guy and the brother fall in love
I think the guy that finds the kids is a vampire and the brother is a werewolf
