Mary (earth2res) | 81 comments I had a book that was a collection of short scary stories and was probably published between 1975 and 1985. All I remember about it was that it was paperback and had a spindly, crooked, leafless tree on the cover. I do not remember any of the stories or any of the authors. I know this is a long shot but I thought I would see if it sounded familiar. The main reason I remember the cover is that I loved drawing that tree.

This is a long shot, but you can check out the trees on covers listopia.

Peggy | 9 comments The Arrow Book of Ghost stories has a tree on the cover and was published around that time period.

I didn't see it in this list, but I did find some interesting books to read. Thanks for the help.

No, the book was thicker like a regular paperback, but thanks for the suggestion.
