Confusing Jo Thomases and double up of book

Hi,

First issue is that a translator Jo Thomas has been attributed wrongly to my author profile (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...). This means I have two books in dutch I don't remember translating:

Second thing I found today is that there's been a duplicate of Straying from the path made:

"original" edition - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8...
recent duplicate - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Dutch books moved.
The "duplicate" edition is a kindle edition; the "original" is an ebook, so both are ok.
