Shaquanna (write_smstevens) | 2 comments Hey guys!

Looking for inspire to get me out of a reading slump, i.e. when you are having trouble focusing enough to read.

In fact, I did a Youtube Storytime explaining.

Please watch the video and share suggestions.

Rose Read | 2 comments I usually go to bed or eat something healthy. If focusing is a reoccurring problem maybe there is an underlying factor that is causing it? Also.. YA books sometimes aren’t all that interesting. Maybe find other books that captivate your attention more and give out better rewards, so then you will have the strength to finish the book you want to have read.

Catie | 53 comments I usually just switch to another project, e.g. I work on my other hobby of genealogy. Or I exercise or get out of the house or anything that I might feel like on the spur of the moment. But above all I just take a deep breath and don't worry that I'm not reading. Even if it takes a couple of days, I always want to pick up a book again....because if we're addicted to books enough to be in a Goodreads group, the books WILL predictably come calling for US!!!
