Without an umlaut, the spelling would be Mueller, not Meuller, but the preferred Goodreads listing should be umlauted (" Reinhold Müller").

I do still see a listing for Reinhard Meuller, however, and that is an incorrect rendering of "Müller". As noted above, the correct alternative spelling is Mueller.
