I liked more the book but I had gotten to see what happened in some scenes because in the book they were a bit of a blur. Also the movie was so alike with the book. The text messages were the same and some of the script.

Sammy (sammyjojames) | 14 comments Loved the book and the movie. I don't think they could have picked a better Augustus. I did a happy cheer every time his line was almost word for word from the book!!

Yeah! I've noticed too. I was expecting Augustus to be some ugly guy but Ansel Elgort was kinda like I had imagined Gus to be. The same with Hazel. Also, the lines were quite the same with the book. Like the text messages were almost the same except two phrases. Or what happened in the rest of the movie. In the Fault in Our Stars, the book, I hadn't laughed as much as the movie 'cause when you watch the movie you see things that aren't so clear and humorous in the book. The thing I didn't like was how the movie ended. I was expecting to be like the book's end. But it was different and I didn't like it.
