I just purchased this edition of Storm of Swords (ISBN: 9780007447848) and noticed that its file here in goodreads has the wrong cover. The right cover is that of ISBN 9780006479901 (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/76...).

That edition is already in the database, though it hasn't been done correctly. Publishers re-use ISBNs all the time and that has been done in this case. It will need to be fixed by the supers, and I'm referring it to them now.
