I'm looking for a good book about serial killers. One that details their crimes but also goes into their psychosis.

Not so much serial as multiple, but definitely detailed in the psychosis dept. is the genre-classic by Truman Capote, In Cold Blood

Yes, I'm looking for stories about serial killers like H.H. Holmes, Albert Fish the Lipstick murderer. I need a good scare for this Halloween.
