Below is a synopsis of a thriller/suspense novel that I'm self publishing. I've tried out numerous titles. Based on the synopsis, which title works best:

Pseudocoma
The Second Detective
The Nth Detective
Black Box
Escape from Islamabad

Actor Philip Rayne has played a detective on television, but when a friend, Niya, is wounded in a bizarre attack, he must become one in reality to prevent the assassins from finishing the job. As Niya in her imagination relives the terror-filled ordeal and heroic actions that made her a target, Philip gets on stage with an ensemble of murderers who want Niya and Philip dead before the final act.
