I also read that George Orwell recommends that authors ask themselves six questions while they are writing:
1.What am I trying to say?
2.What words will express it?
3.What image or idiom will make it clearer?
4.Is this image fresh enough to have an effect?
5.Could I put it more shortly?
6.Have I said anything that is avoidably ugly?

I've heard of an app (think its apple) called Prompts, it gives you words or sentences to help you think of ideas.

There's this YouTuber named Max Kirin who has great writing advice videos too.


YES. That's so true, especially for forgetful people like *cough* myself. :P

Do you think character questionaires are helpful when planning or a bad idea (and why)? I've met a lot of people who go both ways.
