Needed Indie Editor with low rates!

Good morning! I'm looking for a editor for a friend. Seriously, I am.

She is on a extremely tight budget and dealing with a few health issues right now. She has been rewritting a 3 book series (Romance genre) and having trouble finding some one to do first round edits, an editor that she could actually afford. She would be paying in USD. I have access to more groups and promised I would ask around.

Has your friend done any self-editing considering you mention she is looking for a first-round editor?
