Indie writer? Need a cover designer? A copy editor? Proofreader? Place an 'ad' for what you're looking for here. There are people in the group with plenty of self pub and other type skills - no reason not to form connections.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this folder (or this group) the other way around, please. No advertising yourself or your services - reply to ads seeking skills you have only. Any posts that I or my fellow MOD deem to be advertisements of services will be deleted without consultation!
Also for security of all parties, please finalise transactions and give out email addresses etc via DM - the group won't be responsible. Thanks :)

Dumb question, but I need a quick scan of a piece from my current WIP, and would like to get some opinions before I get too much further past it. (I hate having to tear down and rewrite chunks in the middle because that means I wind up rewriting from there to the end.)

Where would you recommend I post this type of request?

If it's a short piece maybe set up a thread in this folder, K. Put up something like 'critique wanted for short piece - x no of words'. And hen say what it's about so the people who like your genre reply ;)
