Add series to author page & add 2nd author

series appears to have 2 authors (A. Blythe & Annabel Chase)

* series shows for A. Blythe on GR
* series does not show for Annabel Chase on GR
* series listed on Annabel Chase's website
* Amazon shows Annabel Chase as the author (does not include A. Blythe)

Please:
1) add Annabel Chase as an author of all 4 books
2) add series to Annabel Chase's series page

There is no way to manually add a series to an author profile. It automatically shows on the profile of the first listed author.

While the newer covers have Annabel Chase, these book were originally published under the name A. Blythe. Therefore, as per Goodreads policy, all editions of the works have A. Blythe as the first author.

For books published under multiple versions of the author's name or published under multiple pseudonyms: The first author listed for any and all editions should be the author name the book was originally published under - so the reissued edition would need its primary author name changed to the originally published pen name, with the additional name added as secondary for all editions with it on the cover. Doing this will allow the various editions to be combined.
