SOLVED. Science Fiction Romance currently 2 books Aliens and human sisters. [s]

There are 2 books out now in this science fiction romance series. There is a human colony I believe on another planet. All the humans have developed abilities, some are shifters and some have psychic abilities. The books are about 2 sisters. The first one is about a sister that has telekinetic powers and she is in charge of the colony. A spaceship lands with a group of aliens supposedly on a peaceful mission. In reality, there are fewer children born on their planet and to prevent extinction they are looking for compatable females. This is not known in the beginning to the colony. The elder man in charge has a grown son that imprints on the h. Neither one is happy about it in the beginning. The second book is about her sister who has empathic abilities. She gets kidnapped off the planet. She makes a prisoner of her kidnapper on the ship when she lands. She uses her abilities to help secure and save some dangerous animals on the planet. The H from the first book sends one of his generals to find her. Also in both books, the humans introduce the aliens to ice cream and they go crazy over it and start to crave it. (That part is pretty funny). Thank you.

Not everyone is a shifter the ones that shift turn into various things. The female that is in charge has a few as guards that turn into large beings. She also has some guards that have psychic abilities. Everyone has different abilities. I don’t know what caused this but everyone is different. The shifters look human until they shift. These are romances with some humor. I don’t remember the description of the aliens. I read it late last year or this year. Thank you
