I bet the program fostered that trust and loyalty to the trainers...made them focus it all on them. I’m not sure the trainers intended to have the girls become so loyal to each other, though.
These women were children when they were taken into this program. They bonded in a way that can't be broken, especially the girls who were together in their training. The Valkyries are loyal to each other because of the secrecy and deadly nature of their ops.
Since they were so young, I'm sure they looked at the trainers as somewhat of a parent. It would make sense that they would be loyal to them and it would never occur to them that they (the trainers) would betray them.
I’m just surprised that Will didn’t think they’d be loyal to each other. Well, maybe he did because he didn’t tell Georgia the target was a Valkyrie.
