Briar is inexperienced in relationships and her struggles are already surfacing. What makes you think this relationship has a chance?

Matt is mature enough to be patient with her, and he also stated (or thought ) that they had a deeper hotter connection and with all they have in common I think they will be fine. She needs to take Alex job offer though. The little woman waiting for him at home she is not.

Here’s where that age difference matters. Matt will be able to help her work through all that insecurity and anxiety acquired through his experience of having had a great relationship and lost it. I’ve confidence they’ll make it but will travel done some rocky roads. And, yes, take that job, Briar!!!

Blair may be a lot younger, age and relationship experience wise, but she has an old soul and they will both work out any problems they have.

I think the age difference will work to their advantage also. And the fact that he knows what it takes to have a good relationship is a definite plus. And, most importantly, she definitely needs to take that job.
