Hi guys! I'm currently on chapter 9. I actually have been enjoying it so far. The interactions between Emory and Knox have been cute and doesn't feel forced. (view spoiler)
I've been super busy and not in the mood for this so yeah I also haven’t started. I think I read a page and just put it down
Megan wrote: "I've been super busy and not in the mood for this so yeah I also haven’t started. I think I read a page and just put it down"I can understand this. I haven't had a moment where I felt it was just hard to put down and when actually reading instead of doing an audiobook, I need to be sucked right in to finish quickly. As it is I haven't gotten past chapter 9 since I posted the yesterday. I'm going not giving up on it yet, since I don't dislike it, but if I don't get a bit further in a few days I may put it aside for a bit.
Oh no. Pg 35. (view spoiler)Shan well done for getting to chapter 9. I'm halfway through chapter 4 and I'm not fussed. I'd rather be reading the Naturals series which I've done 2 books for in the same week and I'm holding myself back from buying the 3rd.
I'm through Chap 5 and have to admit, it's not one I can't put down. It's ok so far but that's about all I'd say.
Megan and Karen, it's so funny that I was coming here to say that I may not continue with this book. There are so many other things that I could be reading and actually enjoying more than this, It's just not holding my attention.

If you haven't, let me enlighten you: Legend has it if you bring a girl into the sacred after-game domain of the baseball locker room, it will end with a walk down the aisle. One rowdy and naked encounter against the lockers with the girl of your dreams will make her your wife.
Translation: baseball players are stupidly superstitious and believe the locker room has magical powers.
But not all baseball players are superstitious, me included.
So when the girl I've fallen for brushes me off, I start to question if I need to switch my way of thinking. Maybe it's time I finally hand out a coveted invitation to the locker room.
The only question is, will she accept?
