Need help finding a book by description only

Hello, sorry of this is posted in the wrong area I'm looking for a book by description only from what I remember reading it is a book about the cure of all diseases for humankind but if you didn't receive this particular cure you considered an outcast? I'm sorry that's all I remember from reading from the description hopefully somebody here it knows the name of the book I'm looking to me that next in my audible collection thank you
