The Kindle version is available on Amazon ASIN: B00NAX4TQA. Can I please have the cover added? Also, it's my book--I write as R J Lynch and John Lynch and this is a John Lynch book. Can I please have it listed as one of my (R.J.'s) books? Thanks for your help.
