Ok so i didnt actually get the chance to read this book but thats why im looking for it. in middle school they were giving us books as a gift and we could choose so they had us look up books and i found this one, im fairly certain it was called Never After. they ended up telling me that they couldnt get it for me cause it was an ebook or something and got me something they deemed similar. its about this grim reaper guy who lives in a town and he doesnt like his job and i remember the excerpt i read was a guy in a bar and he meets the grim reaper dude (hes unaware of the grim reaper thing at that point tho) in the bathroom and they head back and sit at the same table and the guy starts telling him that hes gonna go scare his cheating wife and her lover with a gun he bought and he heads over there and while hes shouting at his wife he accidentally shoots himself and thats how we find out the other guy is a grim reaper cause hes there and is like "youre dead man." thats as much as i can really remember rn. i tried using google to find it and it kept sending me to romance novels and i know that it was NOT a romance story. I know it had to be out by 2013 because that was when i had found it please this book has been in the back of my mind for years and i just havent been able to find it
