Gino Donatelli gets involved and in essence loses his job with the NYPD when the newspapers disclose his involvement. Could Felix have helped him keep his job?

Felix probably could have approached the Police Commissioner and appealed to him to give Gino back his job. But, I'm glad he didn't. Gino will definitely have a much better job working with Frank.

Felix definitely could have fixed this if Gino had wanted the job and asked. He seemed perfectly content to let it go.

I agree, Felix could've helped, but Gino didn't seem very eager to get his job back.

Yeah, I don't think Gino wanted his job back. He only returned to the NYPD because Frank encouraged him to do so and then left on his honeymoon.
