I loved Felix Decker in this book. He dived right into the investigation with both feet. He was smart to figure out what was going on from the ledger and contact the investors. Of course, one of the investors could have been the murderer.
Felix was caught up in the excitement of it all. When I think about his life, imagine how boring it must be to not have a lot to do everyday. This had to have been mentally stimulating to help solve a problem with life or death consequences. I enjoyed his role, too.
He was the perfect person to contact those investors. He knew how to talk to and read them.

I loved seeing Felix's POV. Until now we've always seen him through Sarah's eyes and, even if she recognizes he's changed, I think she can't really completely forget the past, plus he's a very reserved man, so it was very nice seeing the real him.
I also enjoyed seeing Felix in action and realizing that he is not the same person as he was at the beginning of the series.
