I applied to be a Goodreads Librarian about a week ago and have had no notification since. I know that there is no notification if I am not accepted, but I wanted to ask if there is anyone that will be able to see if I am still pending evaluation?

No, sorry. It could take a week or it could take months. None of us in the group has any special insight. If you have questions about your application you will have to contact Support.

One week is a very short time though. Applications used to take about two weeks to be handled, but lately months seems to be more likely.
Thanks. The application page implied a few days, but thanks for the insight of the longer wait period.
I just applied as well and I got an 80% on the quiz. It did say it would take a few days. I just wish they would update it to say that the application process can take anywhere from 7-90 days, just to give us a heads up of how long we should wait. It seems rather misleading to say it only takes a few days when in reality, it could take anywhere from a week to 3 months.

FYI before there was a questionnaire, applicants would only receive an answer if they were approved.

Which is still the case. As I mentioned in the announcement, the new quiz supplements the previous process, rather than replacing it.
