Good point. So I actually researched it and it’s not confirmed that they all take place in the same universe, especially considering none of the books are canon.

I get why people could think it’s a series because you have books like Batman: Nightwalker and Superman: Dawnbreaker collected in a series called DC Icons but DC Icons is confirmed to be and is called a series by DC themselves. On the other hand, DC Ink is the imprint of DC Comics not the name of a series. So having a series called DC Ink couldn’t be justified because the links between each of the novels are non-existent.
