Was just about to suggest this since so many of you seem to struggle with this tag.

I say... go for it ;-)
I'm curious what the chipmunks will come up with haha. Though a little scared.... knowing the NBRC mods and their crazy ideas *grin*

Ok, I do have a Colleen Hoover Confess that works for A. It’s been on my Kobo for several years now, so I guess this is a good reason to read it :)

I can keep looking, but I have to say I didn't realise until now how little I have in this genre!
I'm in for a chipmunk spin... even though we can probably expect a word with a Z, X or Q!
:o

I have Magic Triumphs ready to go for NA if we're sticking with it and I'm sure I can dig up a second NA book. I have a few lying around I'm sure, I just need to figure out which ones have the tag.

And it's a good one, too :-) Was my first Hoover book.

I'm wary of the chipmunks. They are up to no good😅I did find that I have in my personal library:
Kingsbane
Nevernight
Shatter Me
Autoboyography
Angelfall
All tagged New adult. If we decide to keep the word, I think I'm able to read at least 2-3 of them:)
I've got even more than the ones I listed earlier but I'm wary of committing to more cause I actually have a few deadlines for Uni next week (and am going to London for 2 days - though I should get some good reading in on the plane!)
Oh, I didn't realise the Shatter Me series is also NA, I thought it was only YA. I got the ebook of Defy Me from the library and can read that.It seems we could be able to gather ten NA books, so I vote for keeping it instead of chipmunkin'.
I'm happy either way, but can definitely confirm I have no chance finding anything tagged new adult on my shelves. I could possibly find a few young adult, but new adult is a big fat nope.Happy to risk a re-spin (just for giggles, lol), or stick with the word we have if people can locate enough NA books...

Still not reading it, lol!"
Hahaha, nope, nope nope!

Been there, done that...And I've got zero desire to read E L James new one either!I hate NA... but I'll check if anything is loitering on my TBR.. And how about the "U" , I've got nothing.
Okay, I can get also Halfway to the Grave, it's tagged as NA by 288 users, so should fit (at least N for series name).Have we decided to keep or spin?
I've found one - I'm reading it for another challenge because it's got a z cover item... zipper...
. It's got at least one letter - A.
And I found one with a "U" as well , Jack Unger in
. So the Walnut is looking a bit more promising that I first thought.
Ok, so chipmunks have struck without even doing a re-spin!
I will have things for paranormal I'm sure. But I'm heading to bed soon as I'm still recovering from this flu virus. Will check back in tomorrow with what I have found

Well this sure is interesting! I guess that's my cue to pick up Ghosts of the Shadow Market. Otherwise paranormal isn't much for me but I've been itching to reread Harry Potter & it appears they're also tagged that 😂
Looks like we have a word search challenge this week too. I’ll have to see if any of my books have the tricky words in them.
Ok, looks like I might need to finish the book I dnf’d earlier in the week as it has Charles Manson in the text, which is one of the 10 point words in the word search. Thankfully I’m already a third of the way through, so shouldn’t take too long and now I know what to expect it may be a better read.
I'll still read The Wise Man's Fear, but I'll try to read Paranormalcy too (letters W, A, L for certain, maybe more?)
Hahahaha! Ok, so I have Nevermore too, which will cover probably half of the word search words, lol.
These are the words we have to find in the books. Up to 25! From either Standard or Tricky.

TRICKY ONES - 10 points each

That certainly also makes for a good incentive to read it ;-)
Thanks for taking that one for the team!

If I read Nevermore, I can definitely find at least 25, lol. Not sure how many of the tricky ones there will be though.

Haha, as long as it fits for a letter or two as well, might be an interesting option!

Hope you'll like it! It isn't necessarily the best first in a series but a good start nonetheless.

Ok, I have options.I can read The Wise Man's Fear along with either Paranormalcy OR Nevermore...
OR
I can skip the chunky book this week and read Paranormalcy, Nevermore, Lucrezia Borgia and possibly Neverwhere on audio...
Happy to go either route next week. which do you guys think works best for the group?

Yep, definitely W and N, probably a few more :)
I'll finish up a couple of books today and then I'll see which one I want to take on holiday with me over the weekend for the paranormal top shelf. I've got a few of those.
Aaand yes, on that note ;-)
I'll be missing in action from tomorrow evening until Tuesday morning as I'm going on a weekend trip and I won't be on my phone much and certainly not on the GR app.

Thank you! :-)
I'm going to Dublin. First time visiting the city and I'm going with a friend who's been there before so she knows her way around.

I'm soooo glad we lost that NA. Paranormal is easy. Not sure about all those words....I wonder if there is any Agatha Christie's book tagged as paranormal....
I can go with Unholy Ghosts. I have couple of U books (saved for times like this), but I think this is only one with paranormal tag
