Ok, so the name of the book might be something like coffee shop or Island opens has a cover that has nice pastels colours. I think.
It's about a girl that inherits an island probably in Ireland or Scotland. Her aunt or grandmother or some other female relative left her that and money too. Like a lot of money, but the catch is that she can only have the money is she lives in the island for a year. The lawyer is a cutie so I think she might be into him, and she had lots of debts because of uni or spending on some stuff. She's single. I don't think it's an old book. Maximum 3 years old. It was selling in apple store for something like £6-7.
