Hi! Searching "novel" "sells tupperware" "his girlfriend" "his wife" this book came up The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty. According to Goodreads it was published in 2013.The readers' descriptions sound like yours!

A book on kindle (hence the cover/author/title) aren’t fresh with me... I remember that the main character who was a bubbly, cute wife sold TUPPERWARE of all things lol! And her husband would cry in the shower because *spoiler!!!* *spoiler!!!* he had killed his girlfriend as a teenager but come to find out *spoiler!!!* he actually didn’t kill her but she had a health problem- he just didn’t know that. He had left behind I think his rosary at the crime scene so someone figured out who had done it (his mom I think?) and in the end it a twist of fate their daughter was either killed or handicapped in an accident by the people who’s daughter died or something like that.. was such a good book... stayed with me all these years. I read it around 2010-2012.. thank you!!
