Author's 'currently reading' and 'to read' information disappeared

An author asked for my help with this, but I have no idea how to fix the problem. On his author page, he can see reviews of his books, but can no longer see who is 'currently reading' his books or who has marked them as 'to read'. Is there a way to restore this information for him?

The author will have to use the Contact Us link or use the new help section sorry. Librarians can't help with site functionality issues.
