ABANDONED. Science Fiction - Two prototype time machines in the future are used to go back in time to WW2 and secure an Axis victory using futuristic weaponry

I've tried searching this everywhere and even with this amount of detail, I haven't been successful so any help would be gladly appreciated! I read this book back in high school sometime during 2013, I believe the book would have to have been written post-2000 but I'm really not certain.

It's set in the future where two prototype time machines exist and are held in a museum. Men, possibly soldiers or loyalists, break into the museum and use the time machine to travel back to 1940-1941 during WW2. They arrive outside Hitler's headquarters during that time and quickly dispatch of the German guards, eventually coming face-to-face with Hitler himself. They show him documentation and/or weaponry that prove that they are from the future and help the Axis forces win WW2.

From here my memory is a bit fuzzy, "good guys" from the future are sent back in time using the other prototype time machine but arrive in a post-Axis WW2 victory which has the Germans using futuristic weapons on a mass scale. I vaguely remember some form of futuristic Zeppelin or dropship being seen by the characters somewhere in the book.

I recently read "The Proteus Operation" and the details don't match. No dropship or zeppelin. The good guys arrive pre axis victory and help prevent it.
