ABANDONED. Horror short story compilation possibly from 70's

Hi! I found a book in a hotel when I was a teen, (2003? but it was already old) loved it, lent it to a friend that I'm no longer in touch with, and I can't remember the name! It was a compilation of short horror stories, quite possibly from the 70's or there about since I can't remember anything about computers/technology etc. I can't remember the cover or the names of any of the stories, but I remember the plots of some of them:

1) A guy who is a gambler and finds lady luck, dressed in red, only to be trapped in some kind of evilness (something to do with a big needle and.. I wanna say hieroglyphs??)

2) A murderous ventriloquist

3) Someone goes to a therapist and keeps hearing screams from another room, finally finds a way into the room and is also turned into a screamer

I know that there's not a lot to go on, I haven't read it in 15 years but I think about it a lot! I've tried to google but I guess it's not well known.
