"Rachel Getty & Esa Khattak" Series Numbering Problem

Hi there-

I just noticed that "No Place of Refuge" (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...) by Ausma Zehanat Khan is mistakenly labeled as being the 6th book in the series. Instead it seems to be the British edition of the 4th book in the series, "A Dangerous Crossing" (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...). Can someone fix this?
