Thoughts on Cora?

A very interesting person, and probably someone I would like to know. When she was with Louise, I liked her and found her very interesting. Her life in the orphanage was a good time in her life, and taking the adoption train to Wichita created a whole new beginning for her and the family of the Kaufmann's. I liked that they were so good to her. As she was trying to find out about her birth parents, that was difficult to learn about.

I liked Cora, and I enjoyed how Ms. Moriarty told her backstory. In some ways, it might have been my favorite part of the book. It's made me wonder if I want to read The Orphan Train, which seems like it's everywhere I look right now.
