Hi PepperP0t - I need you to REPOST in the Scavenger Hunt thread. Your qualification for 'Challenge' is not acceptable - I need to know how you know that and it needs to be a way I can verify. In the post I made with the qualifications for this week, what is allowed for this is:

"To qualify as set in Europe, it must be set in a location on this List of States/Territories of Europe. Use the GR main book page, precis, tags or lists to verify."

Your book is tagged 'historical-romance-england' on page 2 - https://www.goodreads.com/work/shelve...

Once you add that link - you are good! 😊

The qualification for 'Calculus' doesn't qualify - I specifically said 'smartypants' wouldn't cut it and 'brain candy' in no way implies geek or nerd.

Without seeing specifically what you mean, I am going to say no, those won't qualify. I would need to see one of the terms listed in the title, precis, tag or lists.

message 684: by MountainKat, Moderator (last edited Jul 17, 2019 03:01PM) (new)

MountainKat | 31766 comments In keeping the idea of saving us all some steps... If you have NOT been asked to repost for a correction in a particular thread, you are free to edit your original post. For example Karen asks in the team thread, but I haven't asked for it in the Scavenger Hunt thread - it simply means I haven't gotten to your post yet and editing is acceptable. The same is true in reverse, if asked to repost in the Scavenger Hunt thread, but not yet in the team thread. It is also acceptable to edit if you notice an error on your own before either of us comments on your post.

The whole reason behind reposting is to save us some time, going back through the thread to see if a post has been edited, especially without knowing if it had been, was incredibly time consuming! So, having new posts with the corrections is very helpful and appreciated, but not necessary if we haven't asked for the correction yet. 😉

Mamacita aka MawMaw (mamawantsbedtimestory) | 989 comments To make sure I understand...
So we only post on our team thread & Scavenger Thread for a Scavenger Rose Book? What about if we read a book that is not for a SR?

You are correct - Scavenger Hunt Rose books are to be posted in your team thread and the Scavenger Hunt thread. If your book is for the called date task only, then post in your team thread. 😊

No, the task says the book needs to have a building that could be a home on the cover - an interior scene is not a building.
