I'll start! I'm Jen. I'm part of the Ladies of Horror Fiction team. I'm excited to get to know more folks in the community.
Ohhh me next!!! I'm Toni. The host of the LOHFpod cast and a member of the Ladies of Horror fiction team.
I'm Laurie aka Bark on the internets. I'm also a member of the Ladies of Horror Fiction team. I work behind the scenes helping with the LOHF website and our LOHF directory and am excited to share LOHF reading recommendations and find a bunch for myself because I'm greedy like that!
Hello, I am also Laurie. I really love horror novels and horror novels by women are even better! My favourites include Shirley Jackson (of course) and Michelle Paver. I’m looking to discover new lady horror authors and this seems like the perfect place.

Hello! I’m Jenn, and I am a fan of the LOHF reviews and recommendations. I used to run a book review and freelance editing blog, but it was exhausting and I gave it up because I felt like I had to cater to everyone, and couldn’t focus on my true love: HORROR! Anyway, looking forward to what comes out of this group, and apologizing in advance for my tendency to lurk like a proper creepy introvert. Cheers everyone!

It's so lovely to see you all!I'm Catherine, I'm a member of the Ladies of Horror Fiction crew also. I like to help with things behind the scenes, relating to the website.
I absolutely adore the community and the support the project has and is continuing to receive. I want to say THANK YOU!

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ wrote: "Hi all! I’m just a crazy coming over to stalk and such! 😃"You can stalk anytime, Melissa! lol I am happy to see some of my friends here in this group! :-)
I'm Kari and just saw this group existed and got pretty excited by the concept! I hope it's ok to join in. I'm relatively new to horror and hoping to increase my ever-expanding TBR list with horror by women. (I'm quickly becoming a fan of Darcy Coates and Michelle Paver.) I don't blog but I like reading them and enjoy discussing books with others. :)
Great to have this group, met many of the writers I follow initially through their short stories and appearance in horror anthologies. Looking forward to later this year 'Sing Your Sadness Deep' first collection by Laura Mauro, and 'Ormeshadow' debut novel by Priya Sharma.
Hello, Kimberly here! (Another creepy horror introvert). Also on the Horror After Dark blog. I started following LOHF when they started a challenge on IG, and I realized that out of literally hundreds (more like over a thousand) physical books alone, MOST EVERY ONE was by a male author. This was an honest shock to me at the time, and since then I've been searching out more women horror writers, and trying to promote and support their work. Slowly but surely, the book authors are starting to diversify! This group has been quite an eye-opening inspiration. :)

Hi! I'm Allie. I run a very badly maintained blog (mostly because I'm too tired to blog). I also host a new podcast with my best friend and run a discord server for horror lovers! Horror is definitely my favorite genre to read. I just like spooky things
Hi! I'm Sara, and I'm very excited for this group's existence. I'm a horror writer and love following everyone's reviews and blogs to see what they are reading so I can stalk what to read next :-) Happy reading/writing/creeping to all!

Hey everyone, thanks for having me! <3 My name's Destiny and I blog at Howling Libraries Book Reviews, where I focus mainly on SFF, realistic contemporary, and — of course — horror! I'm happy to see this group being started up and I can't wait to make new friends and hopefully have some awesome buddy reads with you all!

Hi all. I read a lot of horror when I was younger but it’s been a neglected genre for me more recently. But thinking about that past reading... most, if not all, of it was male. I’m really looking forward to getting great recs outside the obvious/library horror.
Nice to meet you all!

Hi Emma!!
Welcome to the group. We are in the process of working on some recommendation bookshelves. But a great new introduction would be anything by Gwendolyn Kiste.

Hi everyone! My name's Sonora. I write dark fiction and have published four books - two novels and two short story collections. Looking forward to chatting about horror with all of you - I've discovered a lot of great authors and books thanks to the Ladies of Horror Fiction team.
