Help with where to post a question

Hello. I tried posting this question on the author group under Ask Goodreads, but only got one answer which included "try asking the librarians." I can see that this is probably the wrong place to ask, but in case I'm wrong, I thought I'd ask about where to post this question.

The question is about an author's blog which isn't apparently syncing properly to her Goodreads author page.She's someone I'm working with. I can't figure out why it's happening.

Here's her GR blog page: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show.... In addition to all the blank lines, it also isn't showing the pictures. I want to know how to fix it. Where should I ask this question? Thanks.

While this is not a librarians group issue, asking where to ask the question is appreciated. Librarians edit the book records.

That group is actually going away soon so I don't know if anyone will be able to respond. You can always ask Goodreads Support to look into this and let them know the author's page as you did here:

I think only staff can help with blogs.
