Andrew Helfenstein For this free read, I read Game of Thrones by George RR Martin. I started watching the show about two months ago because Barrett told me I had to watch it. I was so hooked I finished in about two weeks. Martin's Mystical fantasy world was so intriguing to me that I started to watch YouTube videos all about Game of Thrones. I finally decided to read the books because I was so caught up in this universe that I wanted more. The first book is amazing and so much better than the show. The way Martin sets up his chapters with specific point of view characters really gives you a look into the minds of the characters that the show could never give you. I’m currently reading A Clash of Kings and love it just as much as A Game of Thrones. I’m going to be done with A Dance with Dragons and I then I’ll just need for George R.R Martin to finally finish The Winds of Winter and A Dream of Spring. If you like the show or you like fantasy universes I 100% recommend this book and the rest of the Song of Ice and Fire series. The books as always are better than the show and you need to read these books!
