This choose your own adventure story really taught me about how to set up the setting of the story using imagery. In this book, the author does a good job describing the Himalayas so I can get a feel of where these characters are at. R.A Montgomery does this in all his books in this genre because the story revolves around one specific place and you `travel a lot like in other books. So imagery to establish the setting is a good aspect. Another thing I learned from this book is that there isn't a purpose, just endings that either satisfy the main character or it doesn't.
