Wow, Christine! You have some great choices! I love Kate Carlisle’s writing and have read books in both of her series. I am choosing her Fixer-Upper series for you as it is my favorite. I do hope you enjoy the books!

Finished my first book for the month, Spin a Wicked Web and glad I get to read the next later in the month. Not a real cliffhanger but I really want to see what happens next.
I just read
Aunt Bessie Assumes and totally liked the main characters and the very different setting (Isle of Man). Plan to read my second one in a couple of days.

and for a cozy it didn't shy away from the horrible things that can happen! Now on the next in the series Plain Dead
