Book of the month

Hello all,
It seems that our most recent group discussions are more on book sales, swaps and giveaways (nothing wrong with that!) and less on the authors and books themselves!
So to revive the book spotlights can we do a book of the month type of discussion?
For starters I am suggesting a translated book- බිංදුගේ දරුවා. චින්තා ලක්ෂ්මී සිංහ ආරච්චි

This is a bengali novella short enough to finish in one sitting and heartwarming in a simple, down to earth way.
