"I Can Read With My Eyes Shut!" is an entertaining text that explains in a way only Dr. Seuss can, how reading can be fun. I was struck by the similarities to his book "Oh, the Places You'll Go". The book encourages young readers to keep their eyes wide open and not shut or they will likely find "that the place they are going is far, far behind". Especially suited for young readers.
