Hello, I read this mills and boon's book years ago. It was about a journalist and a engineer. The book was centered on the renovation of a bridge. I remember that the heroine was teased for being short and she has a niece whom she looks after and a strict father. She interviewed the engineer and aspires to become a writer. The hero is under the impression that her niece is her daughter. The book is quite funny. Please do help me find the book. I cannot remember the author or the year the book was published. I remember that there was character named Victoria but I am not sure if that was the name of the heroine or the niece. Thank you.
