What are the pillars of literature to you? The 101 quintessential books that most radically stretch the limits of the art and/or dig the deepest into the human experience.
I’m an aesthete at heart so style > matter but I’m down with a generic novel so long as it bleeds honesty.
So far my dudes are:
-Thomas Pynchon -Alan Moore -Cormac McCarthy -Jonathan Franzen -Them Greeks
