Linking Book to Author Page

Hello:

This is another messy one. The Year's Best Fantasy Stories 2 appears in the database three times:

Lin Carter presents The Year's Best Fantasy Stories: 2
The Year's Best Fantasy Stories #2 DAW 205
The Year's Best Fantasy Stories 2

Sometimes the title includes the editor's name, and sometimes it includes the publisher's. Sometimes Lin Carter is credited as editor, sometimes as editor/contributor, and sometimes his credit is abbreviated to "Lin (ed.)" But it is the same book.

It also has the same list of contributors. One of these contributors is Gary Myers. He is linked to the book (when he is linked to it at all) in two ways:

Clearly there are some issues here. I don't know who has is authorized to fix them. I am pretty sure that I am not, and Carter has been dead for thirty years. But I will do what little I can. So:
