Hmmm I wonder if the character of Christian Grey who clearly changed so much during the trilogy on his path of self discovery would in fact be the dominant he made us believe. My answer thus would be NO if it were Jonathan Drazen (CD Reiss) I would definitely have to say yes. Christian whilst convincing in the beginning lacked lustre at the end whereas in CD Reiss books he returned to his control with more Dominance. The fantasy of being taken in this way is very compelling and in some way I think we read these books to feed that curiosity however, if "push" came to "shove" I am all too sure we would back down
