I read this book in 2015, it's title was "RUN" as far as I can remember, but I can't find the book as many books are there with the title "RUN".
The basic plot involves an assassin who forges a whole new identity for every kill but somehow ends up using an already existing identity, which causes the person with the real identity to face the consequences. Together they decide to get to the bottom of the problem.
It is sort of of a conspiracy mystery action thriller.
