Ken was committed to his mission but didn’t seem to have a heart for “collateral deaths.” Do you think he was salvageable at all or was it too late?

I really felt for him and the loss of his family. He was a good guy and his depression warped his brain. Was he salvageable? Maybe. I think he just didn't want to live without his family and taking out the HRT, and fully expecting to die, was his way of ending his pain.

He went out of his way to try and not kill anyone so I think he was salvageable.

I also think he could have been helped. He wasn't trying to kill any innocents, just the team he felt was responsible for his family's death. I also think he didn't want to live without his family.

I agree he could have been helped. Ken lost his way but not his humanity. I also agree that a large part of him wanted to join his wife and child. But if he had lived, I think he could have been helped.
