Celida is ashamed to own up to having PTSD and nightmares. Is this typical behavior of someone with this syndrome? Did Zoe do the right thing in telling Tuck about her nightmares?

Sadly, it is. She is afraid that she will appear as less than competent. Zoe was right to tell Tuck, because Celida really needed help and wasn't going to get it on her own,

I wish I had a better understanding of why those with this syndrome feel such shame about it. I guess they see it as a weakness. I’m really glad Zoe broke her confidence (I’m not sure she ever promised to keep it secret though) as Celida needed help.
